Local person dawn is very good at managing the units, the company has increased prices by upwards of 20% and is now adding service fees on top of this as of Dec 1,2023. Other complaint is the ad booking units on line for much less than an existing renter is being charged. Not much loyalty for the customers but just another company piling on fees for no real reason.
